To Enable Javascript Follow the instructions below.

Hello in order to access the application you must have JavaScript enabled. To do this follow the instructions below.

Internet Explorer 7.0+

  1. Click the Tools menu.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Click the Custom Level button.
  5. Scroll down until you see the 'Scripting' section. Select the 'Enable' radio button for 'Active Scripting.'
  6. Click the OK button.
  7. If you see a confirmation window, click the Yes button.

Firefox

  1. Click the Tools menu.
  2. Select Options.
  3. Click the Content tab.
  4. Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.
  5. Click the OK button.

Safari 2 or 3

  1. Click the Safari menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click the Security tab.
  4. Select the 'Enable JavaScript' checkbox.

Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings....
  4. Under Privacy, click Content Settings.
  5. Click the Allow all sites to run JavaScript (recommended) radio button.
  6. Click Done

To Enable Cookies Follow the instructions below.

  1. Click the Tools menu.
  2. Select Internet Options.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. move the slider to the level of privacy that you want to set.
  5. Click the OK button.

Safari 2 or 3

  1. Click the Safari menu.
  2. Select Preferences.
  3. Click the Privacy tab.
  4. Next to Block cookies and other website data:, select the From third parties and advertisers radio button.

Chrome

  1. Click the Chrome menu.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Click Show advanced settings....
  4. Under Privacy, click Content Settings.
  5. Click the Allow local data to be set (recommended) radio button.
  6. Click Done
